These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jelilive platform — Bangladesh's English-language online casino and sports betting service. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet. By accessing jelilive, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

18+ Age Requirement
jelilive is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification may be required at any point. Accounts found to belong to minors will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited in line with applicable regulations.
BDT Accounts Only
All jelilive accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are accepted. All displayed balances, bonuses, bet amounts, and winnings are in BDT with no conversion fees applied.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus terms are published in English. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including multi-accounting or structured play — will result in account suspension.
One Account Per Person
Each player may hold exactly one jelilive account. Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your jelilive login credentials secure. jelilive will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Enable two-step OTP verification via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number for additional protection.
Responsible Gaming Tools
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all logged-in players at no cost. jelilive is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Bangladesh players.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the jelilive platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the game lobby or as a registered account holder placing bets — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jelilive Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jelilive ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the jelilive platform and, if you hold a registered account, contact support at support@jelilive to request account closure.
Amendments to These Terms
jelilive reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jelilive will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Your continued use of jelilive following publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
Language of Agreement
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. English is the controlling language of this agreement. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these terms shall prevail in all cases.
2. Eligibility & Age Verification
Access to and use of the jelilive platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- You are accessing jelilive voluntarily and of your own free will.
- You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party when registering an account or placing bets.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You do not currently have a self-exclusion order in place with jelilive or any affiliated gaming operator.
Age Verification Procedures
jelilive operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and age verification process. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point — including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or if our monitoring systems flag unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by Bangladeshi authorities.
Until age and identity verification is satisfactorily completed, jelilive may, at its sole discretion, restrict access to deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, or certain game categories. Winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.
Underage Access
If jelilive discovers or reasonably suspects that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately without prior notice. All funds held in the account at the time of suspension — including deposited funds, bonus funds, and accumulated winnings — will be forfeited and cannot be recovered. jelilive will report confirmed underage access incidents to the relevant authorities where required by law.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full functionality of jelilive — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and contacting live support — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information.
Registration Requirements
When registering, you agree to provide truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP codes. You must not use false identities, pseudonyms, or another person's personal details. jelilive may at any time cross-reference the information you provide against public records or third-party verification services.
One Account Per Player
Each individual person may hold exactly one registered jelilive account. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — regardless of whether they use different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these terms. jelilive uses advanced device fingerprinting, IP analysis, payment linkage monitoring, and behavioural analytics to detect and action multi-account violations.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jelilive account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes received. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other online service.
- Enable two-step OTP verification via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
- Notify jelilive support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
jelilive will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jelilive that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@jelilive immediately.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & BDT Payments
All jelilive accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are expressed and processed in BDT. jelilive does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion charges.
Accepted Payment Methods
jelilive currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh-native payment channels:
- bKash — minimum deposit ৳200, withdrawals typically settled in under 15 minutes
- Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200, withdrawals typically settled in under 15 minutes

Deposit Terms
Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. jelilive does not accept third-party deposits — funds transferred from an account belonging to another person will be returned where possible and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation. jelilive applies zero fees on all deposits made via supported Bangladesh payment methods. Processing times shown are indicative and may vary during periods of high volume or scheduled payment network maintenance.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jelilive account holder. Before a first withdrawal can be processed, full KYC verification must be completed. jelilive reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times are indicative; jelilive is not liable for delays caused by the payment network or the player's mobile wallet provider. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Responsible Deposit Practices
Players are encouraged to set BDT deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. jelilive will never encourage a player to deposit beyond their personal financial means. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings or contact support.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jelilive offers a range of BDT-denominated bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid al-Fitr.
General Bonus Terms
Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits — published in English at the time the offer is made. These specific terms form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term in this document, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer page. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus-derived winnings are held as restricted funds. jelilive reserves the right to adjust or cap bonus winnings where it is determined that low-edge or structured betting was used to clear wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
Bonus Abuse
jelilive employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; colluding with other players to exploit bonus structures; using automated software or betting systems designed specifically to exploit bonus terms; and claiming bonuses under false pretences. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited without recourse.
Promotion Modification & Withdrawal
jelilive reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already made a qualifying deposit but before the bonus has been credited, the qualifying deposit amount will be returned to the player's main BDT wallet in full.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
The use of jelilive's betting and gaming features is subject to both these general Terms & Conditions and the specific rules applicable to each product category — cricket betting, live casino, slots, Plinko, and Go Goal Bingo. Product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section and are accessible to all registered players.
Cricket Betting
jelilive offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC international fixtures. Odds are updated in real time and displayed in decimal format. All bets are settled in BDT. jelilive reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was made available in error, or where the odds displayed were materially incorrect due to a technical fault. In-play bets accepted after the relevant game event has occurred (due to data feed latency) may be voided at jelilive's sole discretion.
Live Casino
Live casino games — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Crazy Time, Andar Bahar, and Teen Patti — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by that game studio's published rules. jelilive is not liable for technical interruptions caused by the game studio's streaming infrastructure. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome is determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.
Slots, Plinko & Go Goal Bingo
All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on jelilive — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, and Nolimit City, as well as Plinko and Go Goal Bingo — use certified RNG technology to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published by each game provider and accessible within each game's information panel. jelilive does not manipulate RNG outcomes and has no ability to do so — all outcomes are determined solely by the game provider's certified RNG engine.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum bet and stake amounts vary by product and are displayed within each game or market. jelilive reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, syndicate activity, or professionally coordinated wagering — are identified.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jelilive platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or any other financial crime.
- Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software that interacts with the jelilive platform without human intervention.
- Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Identified exploits must be reported to support immediately.
- Engaging in collusion with other players — including sharing cards in live games, coordinating bets, or using insider information on sports events.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event.
- Allowing a third party to access or operate your jelilive account, regardless of the reason.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the jelilive platform, its software, or its intellectual property.
- Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
Fraud Prevention
jelilive maintains a dedicated fraud prevention team and uses industry-standard transaction monitoring, device fingerprinting, IP geolocation analysis, and behavioural analytics to identify suspicious activity. Any transaction identified as potentially fraudulent will be frozen pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to Bangladesh law enforcement authorities.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
jelilive reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or regulatory requirements.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their jelilive account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at support@jelilive with a written request. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed. Remaining BDT balances (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad account within 5 business days of the closure request being approved.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion tool available directly within the account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, all marketing communications from jelilive will be suppressed. Effect of Account Closure
Upon permanent account closure — whether voluntary or due to a breach — your licence to use the jelilive platform is immediately revoked. You must cease all use of the platform. Intellectual property rights in game content, platform design, and jelilive software remain the exclusive property of jelilive at all times and are not transferred by virtue of your account registration or use.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of jelilive that cannot be resolved informally through our support team should be submitted in writing to support@jelilive. jelilive will endeavour to respond to all formal disputes within 14 calendar days.
jelilive's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total BDT deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jelilive is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
